Thank you for shopping at Monkeyflora Play Clothes. We hope you enjoy the merchandise you have purchased! If for some reason you need to return or exchange any of our products you will find our policies below:
Returns & Exchanges
At Monkeyflora Play Clothes we are happy to take returns, exchanges or provide you with store credit on new, unwashed, unused clothing with original tags and packaging within 30 days of purchase. Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only.
Refunds
We only provide refunds on defective products within 30 days of purchase. All items sent for return/exchange require a Monkeyflora Play Clothes Return/Exchange Form and a copy of your packing list or receipt. Please download the return/exchange form here and include it with your package.
All returns and exchanges must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. Monkeyflora Play Clothes is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend you ship back to us with delivery confirmation upon receipt through any of the major mail carriers such as UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, store credit will be issued for the amount of product(s) returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries
